- Menu carousel from one product file; first-time customers give name and phone once.
- Pickup time or delivery address collected in chat.
Payment and hand-off
- A PromptPay QR for the exact total of each order.
- The transfer slip comes back in chat and is checked; the owner gets the order summary.
- Owner menu: confirm payments, deliveries, history, customer list, broadcasts.
Engineering choices
- The AI only understands the message — prices and totals live in code, so they are always right.
- HMAC-verified webhooks; one bad event never drops the rest.
